LisaDiane’s Birthday – 09 September 2008

Karen suggested that we go to the Alamo Drafthouse to see Tron.  As it turned out the showing that Joey and I were in town for was on my birthday.  What could be better than Tron as part of a birthday celebration?

Billy, Jacob, Joey, and I went to Sushi Sake for dinner.  We ate appetizers and lovely sushi.  After dinner we made our way down to 6th Street.  We were a little early for the theater, so we went into Pecan Street Bar for some refreshment.

We met up with Karen, got out tickets, and made our way to the theater.

The pre-show was ads and documentary bits about old video games.  We ordered fried food and beer. Then we settled into our seats and watched Tron on the big screen!  It was great birthday!
